Marc Wallert shares expertise with humor
As a business executive , he knows the challenges companies face today. For over 15 years, he successfully led teams and executives through the dynamic business jungle. His preference is for multilingual environments at global market leaders, from consulting (PwC) to automotive (Renault) to MedTech (Ottobock). He burned with passion, then burned out. What he learned from that, he shares today – as a Keynote Speaker for resilience.
In addition to his studies in Economics (M.Sc., MBA), he draws on training in psychology , including being a university-certified "Resilience Trainer (SHB)".In 2020, he was honored as the best "Professional Speaker" of his year at the Academy of the German Association of Speakers (GSA) and became a TOP100 Excellence Speaker.
Marc Wallert is a recognized expert for resilience and co-author of the TK-publication "Resilience" (2023, Medizinisch Wissenschaftliche Verlagsgesellschaft). At the same time, Marc Wallert has mastered the art of conveying serious topics in a technically sound and humorous way. The Hostage Experience of Marc Wallert
As a survivor of a kidnapping , Marc Wallert learned how to deal with extreme pressures and crises. He experienced the power of resilience firsthand. Thanks to it, he survived 140 days in the jungle unscathed. Protective factors like acceptance and optimism proved to be effective survival strategies.
Today, he shares his jungle strategies in his talks. Because he recognized how valuable his experiences were for him and can be for others. It's not about recounting his kidnapping, but sharing his impactful experiences.
Looking back, he says: "My kidnapping was a deadly serious experience, which I wouldn't wish on anyone, but also wouldn't want to miss. It enriched my life with valuable experiences ." He feels a special appreciation for his life in peace and freedom, having survived captivity and guerrilla warfare.

In his book "Strength Through Crises" Marc Wallert compiled his personal and professional experiences in dealing with crises. "A dream of a lifetime," as he says.
As a Keynote Speaker for resilience, he carries his empowering message out into the world. As he did as a musician, he loves the big stage just as much as the professional studio. Whether live on stage or virtually - there is a spark between Marc and people. It is these goosebump moments that drive Marc, as they open people up to change within themselves and in the world.
Marc was born in Göttingen in 1973 and is now a happily married father with three children. He loves traveling the world with his family. When time allows, he makes music and scuba dives.
