Marc Wallert knows the meaning of resilience.

Marc Wallert is known as "The Uplifter" (STERN 15/2020). He inspires people on how to navigate tough times more easily and emerge stronger from them. He brings his motto "Strength Through Crises" to life as keynote speaker leidenschaftlich auf die (virtuelle) Bühne und machte es zum SPIEGEL bestseller.

He loves and lives Resilience, the inner strength to withstand external pressures. Life continually challenged and nurtured his inner resilience: As a hostage in the jungle, he transcended his limits. Everyday life shaped him with "classic crises," from burnout to relationship crises.

Today, Marc Wallert says: "I am happy – not despite, but thanks to my life crises." That's why he speaks so openly and humorously about what most prefer to hide: The crises. Because therein lie opportunities for development. Always. You just have to find them.
